Katite + Rhett (part 1) : Newport Beach LDS Temple Wedding

We adore shooting at the beautiful grounds of the Newport Beach LDS Temple, and we adore shooting lovely people in love. So, needless to say, this wedding was absolutely adorable! So much so, that I needed to break it up into 2 parts. There was just too much awesome for one post!

First, let me introduce you to our new assistant, Jessie (love her!), who also happens to be sporting the Flip (love it!) and our new ShootSac cover (love it more!)

Remember how beautiful Katie is and how very handsome Rhett is?

Yeah, I didn't think it was possible, but they have somehow become even cuter together! I am also so very impressed with Katie. She had her dress custom made (isn't it beautiful?), and she did her own hair and makeup (ladies, you should seriously hit her up for all your beauty needs). The lovely floweres were arranged by a family friend, and I was totally in love with her bridesmaid's classic black dresses.

We totally dug this amazing couple and their desire to capture all the lovely of their day!
Katie and Rhett, we hope you're having a great time on your honeymoon, and we can't wait tosee you two again!

Happy Birthday Blake!

Ok, I'm about a month late, but Blake had his 27th birthday in mid March. (yay for Blake!) And we had a ridiculously small get together with some of the Green family.

He wanted a bigger cake.

Sean + Shannon: LA Wedding Photography

We're going to be blogging on a slightly more regular basis here at P+B Photography!

Wednesdays will be the designated "personal post" days - all about family and fun in our personal life. Saturdays will be our "professional post" days - all about clients, workshops, and the business that is us. Hopefully we'll stay on schedule, but if I miss a week, please, please, forgive me; things are starting to get pretty busy on this end!

OK, I know this is a poor start, but even though your calendar may say its Monday, its really Saturday … because I really want to share this super fun session with you!

Sean and Shannon were married on February 13, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. We were unable to be present on their wedding day, and were thrilled when they asked us to capture some intimate romantics a bit closer to home!

Shannon's dress was stunning, and Sean was very dashing and still a bit love drunk. It was very sweet!

We had some fun trotting along the Santa Monica Pier where our beautiful couple were practically celebrities (being stopped by small children and tourists alike). Below are a few of our faves.
